The roundup also lists a former Metrolinx chief set to join the Alto project and a new capital formation lead at Equitix. On the procurement side, the US Navy has begun reviewing Seal Beach submissions, and the Miami courthouse P3 is listed after a termination notice PID covered on Oct. 1.
