The listing describes one financing commitment: $50m from the World Bank backing a Paraíba sanitation P3. PID covered the financing from a P3 Bulletin roundup on Sept. 23.

Advisory searches appear more often in this roundup than financing commitments do; PID described a September roundup where capital went to water.
