Duos Technologies Group has signed a ten-year colocation agreement covering 20MW of facility load with an unnamed, publicly traded cloud services provider in the US. The Nasdaq-listed company announced the signing this week, according to Data Center Dynamics, and expects the capacity to be deployed in the second quarter of 2027 within what it calls its "expanding portfolio of Edge AI campuses."

Data Center Dynamics' summary puts the contract value at $700 million; its body quotes the agreement as representing more than $400 million of total contract value over the initial term.

At the $400 million figure, the 20MW block works out to $40 million a year, or roughly $167 per kilowatt-month over the ten-year term. At $700 million, it is $70 million a year, or about $292 per kW-month, a difference of $30 million annually.

Pipeline and existing commitments

Duos said it is in "active negotiations" on about 100MW of additional powered, data center-zoned land to expand its Duos Edge AI platform. Data Center Dynamics lists roughly 25MW currently under contract across multiple US sites and another 7MW in active negotiation, with site agreements potentially finalized by year-end.

Duos' existing book includes 10MW from an unnamed "investment-grade hyperscaler," 2MW from neocloud NiStar in Columbus, Georgia, and a commitment to provide Axe Compute with 55MW across multiple US locations.
